You can track the number of sets, reps, and weight lifted, as well as the rest periods taken between sets. Progressive overload is crucial for achieving gains.

The app also allows you to track timed exercises, giving you a clear overview of your cardio activity.

If your goal is to cut fat and achieve a lean physique, the app offers a built-in calorie and weight tracker. This feature helps you estimate your daily energy requirements and keeps track of your caloric deficit or surplus.

The app supports notifications to remind you to weigh yourself. You have the option to disable or change the time of these reminders in the profile settings.
